  • For the healthy bread

    • 1 1/2 cups of flaxseed meal (ground flaxseeds)

    • 1 tablespoon baking powder

    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

    • 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener (like erythritol or stevia) [optional]

    • 5 eggs

    • 1/2 cup water

    • 1/3 cup of oil (like olive oil or coconut oil)


  • For cooking & topping

    • 2 eggs

    • Cinnamon

    • Sweetener (or sugar)

    • Butter (or an alternative like coconut oil etc.)

    • Syrup, honey, cinnamon, fruit (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and sweetener (if using) and mix well.

  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the water and oil. Mix well.

Instructions
