12 ounces bowtie pasta (any shape just preference), cooked per package instructions
2 8.1-ounce jars basil pesto I used Classico brand
1 and 1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoeshalved
12 ounce jar marinated mozzarella balls
1/2 chopped cucumber
1/2 large avodado
Preparation
Instructions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cool
In a large bowl, add pasta, pesto, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and cucumber . Toss well to coat.
Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
